Lately, our guild had been growing. We have a lot of new members, most of them low level. Growing up is great, but there is a down side too – the last days, I’ve been getting a few demands for ‘boost’ every day! It’s starting to be annoying really. Doing the DM solo, while boosting someone, is nice once or twice, I don’t think I want to do it 3 times every day!
Why don’t we lay down some basic rules for asking for boost …?
1. First , it’s nice to read ‘hi’ or ‘good morning’ , before - ‘boost???’ . Impoliteness means I don’t like you to start with.
2. Get some quests to do in the instance (dm? ) before asking for a boost. If I’m spending time on you , at least try to get the most out of it . And no, lv 10 do not have any possible quests in the deadmines !
3. Try to find a group on your own – list yourself in the ‘look for group’ panel for some time, before asking for help.
4. Last, don’t over do it. I’m happy to help - This is what Guild is all about, but we’re here to help – not to work for you.
Happy playing.
