Strongly doubt any police has called hospitals in sweden and asked about anyone and if so they will not find out anything, why? because you don't got the full names of the three people you are looking for and no idea where they live and you do not have their social security numbers and that is necessary to find out anything about them. Their info is highly classified. Javi do not need to accept paternity the authorities tried to reach him and he never got back to them so a paternity test was made according to the socialrightslaw in sweden.
